I felt compelled to write a quick review of the GAN GTL as I feel it is very much worth the investment. I have been into modding cars for many years and I know there are many scams out there. If one does their research, you’ll end up finding the GAN products are top notch and not a scam-these are not eBay race-chips. From what I have read and seen, GAN put a ton of research and quality assurance into their products. While researching I saw a lot of BWM, Porsche, and Mercedes owners that installed these units with pretty impressive results, and usually people with cars like these do not mess around with cheap eBay race chips or other sketchy products. I have tried a competitor’s device that is similar, but after my car threw a code, I returned it since they could not provide me with a suitable solution but rather my car that was listed as compatible on their site was removed. So as you can imagine, I was a little gun shy about trying another brand of this type of devide, but after a ton of research, I felt confident enough to order. Once it arrived, since GAN claimed this install was a snap, I installed it that day. I took be about 30 minutes as I took a good amount of time to neaten up the wires and fix the unit to the engine bay. It has been about 2 months and no engine faults to report, but tons more power to enjoy. My car pulled hard before, but now it pulls even harder as I can lose traction in second gear and third gear if the roads are not optimum. Worth noting, I have a sports exhaust including a downpipe and also intake modifications and the GAN GTL device just seems to take advantage of these mods. In terms of real-world improvements, I took a half second off on my 0-60 times and I feel I could get better times with stickier tires. I used the Torque APP which is pretty darn accurate and did several pulls and it’s consistent. If I put GAN into Stock mode, I lose that ½ second, so it truly works and not just relying on the proverbial butt-dyno. I also wo

I can’t say anything about fuel consumption yet, but I can estimate that it is less about 2 l, but I am not sure. It is necessary to use it within 1-2 month and then I can speak about exact data.

Improve the documentation/description about how to use the custom/adjustment mode(s).

The installation took about 15 minutes, it really works, although I really did not believe in it. The car runs much softer in different modes and revs on the highway was lower than usual and I suppose the fuel consumption is also less, but at this moment I have no measurements. I am very glad with this purchase. I hope that in the future there will be no problem with it.

Hello everyone. I have a honda civic mk8 saloon 1.8 R18 engine. I was always skeptical of power chip tuning for an atmospheric engines. Turbine engines are easy to modify, but not atmospheric, I always thought. I have approached several tuning companies to increase the power of my car, but all in response do not work with such engines. I was skeptical about the power tuning chips. But I found the Gan tuning company page, studied the reviews and decided to give it a try. I ordered Gan +. They shipped very fast, in a few days. I installed it very easily and have using it already for months. And what can i say: I was surprised, my car really changed. The power and torque increased sharply. I can't tell you exactly the power and torque has increased how much manufacturer told because I haven't measured the power of the car before and after installation , but I think it's both increased or close to the truth. All around great product from my experiences so far. There was however some hesitation after initial installation where I noted boost cut during hard acceleration, however this soon disappeared, likely as parameters settled.

But after I started the engine and came away I simply didn’t recognized my car. it’s like an airplane!!!. I hope my engine won’t die quickly I like everything. 5 year warranty and 2 year engine warranty is very helping. I'd like to see the actual dyno data , even not 996 one but some other examples.

I feel this product works. My car actually felt like it had less power when I first installed it, I was initially nervous about this. I know it needed some driving to calibrate properly, as per the Gan instructions. After driving to Cooma and back to Canberra, 200 plus km's, I noticed a definite improvement in response and power. Over the next two days of driving my normal routes around the city, it really settled in. The car drives and feels great. My car was powerful before but this has certainly made the power and torque more crisper. The six speed transmission changes better as well. I'm definitely leaving it my car, it's a fairdinkum great product, thanks Gan.

The car has become faster, I can’t say anything about consumption at this moment- I enjoy the dynamics of my car. The most interesting and inexplicable thing at the moment is that the gear shift (manual transmission) became softer and clearer, especially it is noticeable in the 1st, 2nd gear, possibly due to rev increase (it was 800 rev, now about 850) ! I recommend this product, the car becomes just a shell !!!

I paid my attention to this box for a long time, resolved for it, and at this moment, I have no regrets. Installation took about 30 minutes; the main problem was to find a place under the hood, where I could place this box. I feel power increase. It became more comfortable to drive around the city.

I connected this device via the attached cable and hid it behind the pile floor covering. Up to 100 km, I notices the result: the throttle response at 1,2,3 gear is better, the fuel consumption did not change (I use the “Dynamic” mode). I think the result is good for such kind of tuning. I like my car more.

Guten Tag. Hab noch nie Bewertungen geschrieben. Dies ist das Beste im Vergleich zu Manipulationen am Computer. Hier habe ich etwas zu vergleichen. (habe beim alten BMW schon negative Erfahrungen) Die Einstellungen noch nicht probiert, werde es aber auf jeden Fall versuchen. Die Reaktionszeit des Gaspedals ist besser geworden.

After Gan installation, I immediately tried the Dynamic mode. I got everything what I needed, the response of the acceleration pedal became better. I have 37 wheels size (regular 33) on the car, when I accelerated or went uphill, I felt that the car was going hard, now this isn’t so. Before purchasing this product I watched a lot of video in YouTube with pros and cons. after installation it is necessary to drive 120 km for the better adaptation of the device. As for me, so I got exactly what I wanted from Gan, the failure disappeared when I accelerate under load. Someone can say that the same result can be achieved with the Jeter acceleration pedal, but I had some experience with it and it didn’t give such me result as Gan did. Generally, I advise Gan to everyone who wants to get more positive emotions from his car.

I am happy with the Gan Ga + tuning chip. I would recommend this product to anyone. Gan tuning is the real deal unlike the crappy ones that are sold on Ebay.

I purchased the most expensive version of this electronic miracle, I can say that the effect is very good (especially when pull away), the car began to drive much faster especially up to 120 km/h, then it gets worse, but better than it was without Gan. I didn’t know about fuel consumption because it doesn’t matter for me.

I like the design of the booster, it is very professional.

Für mich ist es das perfekte Chiptuning. Hatte vorher ein Chiptuning von einem Mitbewerber aber dieses hat nicht mit meinen weiteren Veränderungen harmoniert. Aber hiermit läuft man Fahrzeug perfekt.

Bestellt, erhalten, installiert. Und das Auto läuft wie der Teufel. Überholen ab 140 km / h ist kein Problem, das Turboloch ist verschwunden, man muss vorsichtig mit dem Gaspedal umgehen. Bei kaltem Motor begann es viel leiser zu arbeiten. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

The car feels more torquey, even at very low rpms ! Thing that I thought impossible for this peculiar engine. Power at high rpms is for real, I can climb up to 2000 meters high in the mountains easily now, car has lost its low breath. In Eco mode I can drive in tranquility @ 70 km/h, thing that was rather difficult before ! I am super satisfied .
