What makes the Fiat Fiorino special
Fiat Fiorino tuning for a van with a full load
On a hill with a full load, a Fiorino 1.3 Multijet built between 2008 and 2016 has 75 hp and 190 Nm to work with. After the April 2016 facelift the same diesel offers 80 hp, or 95 hp and 200 Nm. Tuning follows these outputs: the 75, 80 and 95 hp diesels each have their own tuning box figures.
With the GAN GT, a Fiorino with the 95 hp diesel reaches 124 hp and 260 Nm. These are the stated gains for this engine type, not a dyno reading of your car.
Which Fiorino engine is in your van
The third-generation Fiorino (Typ 225) was shown in October 2007 and reached customers in February 2008. It comes as a van, an estate and the passenger Fiat Qubo. The petrol 1.4 8V makes 73 hp from 2008 to 2016 and 77 hp after the facelift; the catalogue lists it at 75 hp.
So any Fiorino chip tuning question starts with the year and the output on your registration papers. Diesel is the core of the range: in Germany it accounted for about half of Fiorino passenger registrations from 2008 to 2020. Production of the Fiat Fiorino ran until 2024.
Qubo, Nemo and Bipper
Fiat developed the Fiorino with PSA; its twins are the Citroën Nemo and the Peugeot Bipper. Both arrived in 2008 and were dropped before the Fiorino. Choose by year: 75 hp up to 2016, then 80 hp or 95 hp. All three work with the GAN GT, which is rated at up to 30% more power for turbo engines.
Fiorino 1.4 8V with 73 or 77 hp: what does the GAN GA+ offer?
The catalogue lists one version at 75 hp for both the 73 hp car of 2008 to 2016 and the 77 hp car after the facelift. It works with the GAN GA+, which is rated at up to 12% more power.
Fiat Fiorino pick up tuning: which module applies?
The Fiorino III was built as a van, an estate and the Qubo, not as a pick-up, so the figures above go by engine for all three bodies.

Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
