Each engine has its own tuning module: GAN GT / GTL or GAN GA / GA+. Prices are per tuning module and include the current discount.
Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone is not enough: in this generation, the same engine designation came in different power outputs, each with its own calibration. Check the power output in your registration document and find the matching row.

Iveco Daily tuning: what changes
The tuning module sits between the sensors and the engine control unit (ECU) and adjusts their signals. Your manufacturer’s warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the module can be removed at any time.

What makes the Iveco Daily special
Iveco Daily tuning for a loaded van on a long hill
A fully loaded Daily losing speed on a long motorway climb is the situation this page is written for. The Daily is a rear-wheel-drive van on a ladder frame, built as a panel van, chassis cab, tipper or minibus. Designations such as 35S13, 35C14 and 70C18 combine the weight class with the engine output, so they help you find your engine. Two engine families cover the later generations: the 2.3-litre F1A and the larger 3.0-litre F1C.
Each of them was sold in several calibrations, so the engine alone does not tell you which version a tuning box has to match. On the 2003–2006 vans the last digits of the type, 10, 12, 14 or 17, separate the calibrations of one engine. The catalogue covers generations III to VI; the Daily 7 versions with 156, 163 and 180 hp are not in the catalogue.
The GAN GT for the Daily
Every engine here is a diesel that works with the GAN GT, so chip tuning for your Daily 3.0 comes down to its calibration. The 3.0 HPT with 177 hp and 400 Nm is the top calibration of the Daily IV, built from 2006 to 2011. The 3.0 with 204 hp and 470 Nm arrived with the Daily V in 2011, a step above the 177 hp Daily IV. The older 2.8 JTD with 125 hp and 145 hp belongs to the Daily III, built from 1999 to 2006.
Iveco Daily chip tuning: questions
Iveco Daily 3.0 F1C 170, 177 or 204 hp: how much more power?
With the GAN GT the 3.0 goes from 204 hp and 470 Nm to 261 hp and 586 Nm. The 170 hp and 177 hp versions are listed separately, also with the GAN GT. Across turbo diesels the GAN GT is rated at up to 30% more power. These are the stated gains for this engine type, not a dyno reading of your car.
Daily 2.3 F1A and 3.0 F1C: how do I tell the version by the type code?
On the Daily III, the 2.3 F1A from 2003 is type 10 with 95 hp or type 12 with 116 hp; the 3.0 F1C from 2004 is type 14 with 136 hp or type 17 with 166 hp.
Daily III 2.8 JTD 125 or 145 hp: which one do I have?
Both work with the GAN GT: the 125 hp version is the Common Rail, type 13, and the 145 hp version has a variable-geometry turbo, type 15.
Is Iveco chiptuning with a tuning box different from an ECU remap on the Daily 3.0?
Unlike an ECU remap, which rewrites the factory software, a tuning box sits between the engine sensors and the ECU and adjusts their signals. The module comes off in about a minute, and once it is removed no traces remain.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
