Chip Tuning Infiniti G
Up to 12% more power for your Infiniti G
The G is listed with 4 generations and 16 engines. For 16 naturally aspirated engines, choose the GAN GA or GAN GA+: the GAN GA+ adds +17 to +28 hp (GAN GA+ from 189 EUR).
Which G do you have?
Start with the model year and chassis code. Within a generation, choose your engine by the power output in your vehicle documents.
Infiniti G tuning: what the GAN module does and doesn’t do
More power and torque without an ECU remap or replacing any parts. Your manufacturer’s warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the module can be removed at any time.

Infiniti G chip tuning: engines and generations
Infiniti G37 tuning: the G that reached Europe
Infiniti only arrived in Europe in 2008 to 2009, and the G it sold there was the G37 of 2009 to 2013. So for tuning in Europe the G37 is the car that counts, and a tuning box is matched to its engine. It came as a saloon, a coupé and, from the summer or autumn of 2009, a convertible.
There was one petrol engine, the 3.7 V6 VQ37VHR with 320 hp and 360 Nm, driving the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic or, in the Sport, a six-speed manual. No diesel and no other engine was offered for the G37 in Europe. After 2013 the coupé and cabrio became the Q60.
Why the catalogue shows 328 and 330 hp
The G37 rows read 328 hp and 330 hp with 366 Nm, the American figures for the same VQ37VHR. The gap to 320 hp and 360 Nm comes from regional calibration and units, not from a different engine. The G37 rows belong to the GAN GA+ line.
G35, G25 and G20: cars from other markets
The G35 of 2003 had the 3.5 V6 VQ35DE, 260 hp in the saloon and 280 hp in the coupé, and was never officially sold in Europe. The G35 saloon of 2007 to 2008 had the VQ35HR with 306 hp and 363 Nm; this too was an American version. The G20 was a saloon on the Nissan Primera platform with the 2.0 SR20DE, 140 hp and from 1998 145 hp, sold only in the United States and Canada.
Under the skin it was the European Primera with the same engine. The G25 with the 2.5 V6 VQ25HR was shown in Paris in 2010 and sold in the United States, China, Taiwan and other markets, but not in Europe.
Infiniti G chip tuning: questions
How much more power does the G37 get?
A European G37 with 320 hp uses the 328 hp or 330 hp row, because the engine is the same. On the 330 hp row the catalogue lists 356 hp and 395 Nm with the module. The GAN GA+ line is rated at up to 12% more power; these are the stated gains for this engine type, not a dyno reading of your car.
Does G37 Coupé chip tuning differ from the saloon?
Saloon, coupé and convertible share the same VQ37VHR, so the row follows the engine, not the body.
Which row fits a G35?
The G35 rows follow the American output of each version: 260 hp, 280 hp or 306 hp. Choose the version by body, year and engine code.
Tuning box or ECU remap on an Infiniti G?
Unlike an ECU remap, which rewrites the factory software, a tuning box sits between the engine sensors and the ECU and adjusts their signals. Your manufacturer's warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the module can be removed at any time.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
