Mazda CX-30 tuning: one engine, two outputs
Mazda CX 30 chip tuning with a tuning box meets the same engine twice: the 2.0 Skyactiv-G with 122 hp and with 150 hp, both at 213 Nm. The 122 hp version was built from September 2019 and the 150 hp version from January 2020. Both are naturally aspirated mild hybrids, and both work with the GAN GA+. The Skyactiv-X is the third 2.0, with 180 hp until March 2021 and 186 hp since.
It has a supercharger, and in the catalogue it works with the GAN GA+ too. Check the letter G or X and the date before you choose. The body code is DM, and the name is written CX-30, CX 30 or CX30.

What does Mazda CX 30 chiptuning give the 2.0 Skyactiv-G with 150 hp?
In the catalogue the 150 hp version goes from 150 hp and 213 Nm to 168 hp and 239 Nm with the GAN GA+. The 122 hp version gains 15 hp. Both are petrol engines, so the GAN GA+ is rated at up to 12% more power. These are the stated gains for this engine type, not a dyno reading of your car.
Does the GAN GA+ fit the e-Skyactiv X with 186 hp?
Yes, the 186 hp version gains 22 hp with it. This engine uses SPCCI compression ignition, and since March 2021 it makes 240 Nm instead of 224 Nm. The 1.8 Skyactiv-D with 116 hp, dropped in March 2021, is not in the catalogue.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 tune?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
